Measure carefully and compare with the dimensions of the specific product. Sizes and fit can differ between designs.
Rings
Use a ring that fits the intended finger and measure its inside diameter in millimetres, or have your size measured by a jeweller. If using a paper strip, measure snugly without compressing the finger and check that it passes the knuckle. Share the measurement with the shop when a product uses a different sizing system; no universal conversion is assumed.
Bracelets and bangles
For bracelets, measure around your wrist and consider the listed bracelet length and your preferred fit. For rigid bangles, measure the inside diameter of a bangle that fits and account for passing over the widest part of your hand. Wrist circumference alone does not establish a rigid bangle size.
Necklaces and earrings
Use a string to preview a listed necklace length, including where a pendant will sit. Check earring length, width and any listed weight before purchase. Photographs may enlarge an item and are not a reliable size reference.
Adjustable pieces and help
A design is adjustable only when its listing says so; avoid forcing it beyond the intended range. If measurements are missing or unclear, use Help Center or ask Customer Support before ordering. Signed-in purchase questions can be sent through Customer Support. Exchange eligibility is explained in Shipping & Returns.
